FineTest System with integrated Hipot

Safety Lamp is added to systems with Integrated Hipot  for added Operator Safety. Light Flashes when Hipot test is running.

A pressure sensitive Safety Mat is also added to disable the Hipot unit when the Operator is near the UUT.
