Statistical Analysis
FineTest offers a statistical analysis software package that makes use of the data logging file to give results such as Yield, Cp, Cpk, Mean, Standard Deviation etc.
Both the graph and the data can be printed.

The following are the steps involved in using the analysis package.
Select the FileName where the data has been stored. Then the specify the date range which is the date to begin including data, and the date to end including data from the file.
Choose the Part Number on which to perform the analysis.
Select the Cycle ("Cycle 1","Cycle 2", "Pre-Burn-In","Post-Burn-In", etc.) on which to perform the analysis.

Select which TestName on which to perform the analysis. The analysis can be run on each individual test. To run the analysis on all of the tests, select UNIT as the test name.
The rest is done automatically, giving the following easy to read screen. This screen displays the number of units tested, the number that passed, the number that failed, and the yield for the particular testname that was selected. It also displays the Low Limit, Nominal Value, High Limit and Units of that testname. It displays the lowest value recorded, the mean, the highest value recorded, the standard deviation, Cp, and Cpk . Clicking on Print Report will print the above data and will ask the operator if the graph is also to be printed.
