Application

Functional ATE & Power Supply Testing

Features

Input Power To Tester:

First, the 3 Phase 5 Wire AC Input goes to a Circuit Breaker.

Depending on the power requirements of the Tester,
the Power Distribution Unit can be configured for:
208V Phase to Phase - 30A, 60A or 100A per phase (USA)
or 440 Phase to Phase - 30A, 60A or 100A per phase (International)

From the Circuit Breaker, the AC goes to the Contactor.

If the Emergency On/Off Switch is ON, the Contactor closes,
and the 3 Phase 5 Wire AC is available inside the Tester.
It can be used for any equipment that requires 3 Phase input,
like an AC Source, High Power DC Source etc.

From the Contactor, each of the 3 Phases is taken to
a different AC Outlet for load balancing.

The outlets are connected to power strips inside the Tester,
to power any other equipment (Scope, DMM, Matrix, Loads, Computer etc.)

The unit also provides Linear 24 VDC and 5 VDC Power Supply Outputs
for general purpose use in Test Fixtures (Fans, LEDs, etc.)
